About Us
The Denver LEGO Users Group. We are an adult group (16 yrs+) that enjoys the whole spectrum of LEGO themes. We are located along the Front Range area centering around South Metro Denver and Colorado Springs.
To join DENLUG simply follow the link to the forums and petition for membership. All that we ask is that you include your name, what you like to build out of LEGO and how you heard about our group. If you can make sure your Yahoo profile has at least a First name and a general location(Denver, Englewood) it will be helpful in putting faces with names at shows and meetings.

Current shows on the agenda: Comic Con Denver May 31st to June 2nd. Rialto "Polar Express" train show Nov 23rd & 24th.
For those interested in participating in the Brickworld Chicago please note that registration is open and that you need to be a fully registered person to be able to display or request display space. They have opened up space requests so I would like to know what everyone is planning on displaying at this show. If you have any questions as to what would be good to display let me know. I plan on putting in a space request for 1/2 table unless everyone contacts me and lets me know what you are displaying. I have my "Keep" and boat for display as of now.
CALLING ALL DENLUG BUILDERS!! We will be in full swing this year and I would like for us to have badges. I am looking for all ideas for color schemes for the Badges. Was hoping to try to incorporate the colors from our LOGO into badge creation. The badge should consist of 3 1x8 bricks and 2 1x8 plates in the middle of the bricks. I was hoping Randy could get the logo small enough to put across 2 2x4 tiles to put on the badges too. Feel free to email me any suggestions for badges so that we can discuss at next meeting.
Still need a MEETING. Let me know what everyone has available. I would like to do it on a Sunday night to make it available for the LEGO retail employees that have been instrumental in getting this group off the ground and have been major supporters. I know it isn't the best night but with retail stores closing at 6pm I feel we can start at about 7pm and cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time. Feel free to let me know what everyone's Sunday's look like. I know short notice meetings don't work too well but everyone let me know if one of those would be better.
NEW WEBSITE. Jason and I are working on updating the current website into an even more functional website so that we can do away with the Yahoo Group forums. Any suggestions for the website should be sent to myself or Jason. We will also let you know as we get close to switching over as you will have to register at the new website to see some content as it will be set to be visible for members only.
